Juventus confident of Ramsey deal

Juventus confident of Ramsey deal

Ramsey will be leaving the Emirates at the end of the season after the Gunners rescinded the offer of a new deal for the Wales worldwide.

With his contract expiring at the end of the season, Ramsey is free to speak to clubs outside of England about a free transfer and Juve have been strongly linked with a move.

Aaron Ramsey, who has been playing for Arsenal, may take the whooping €7 million deal as his contract will be expired by this summer and Gunners has withdrawn an extension due to financial reasons.

Now I don't watch enough of the Premier League to know the answer to that question, but I suggest to those who do to think of it in these terms.

When evaluating transfer moves, its' very easy to look at things in the vacuum of the team that is welcoming a new player.

Serie A giants Juventus have reportedly won the race to sign an Arsenal star, whose contract runs out at the end of the current season. Ramsey, meanwhile, was ready to sign a new deal worth £180,000 a week until it was withdrawn by the club.

As well as Juve - Real Madrid, Paris Saint Germain, Juventus and Bayern Munich have all been in touch - but Ramsey is understood to have decided that Turin is the best fit for him.

Well. You can't help but feel like this is a mistake on Arsenal's part but if the club weren't willing to grant Ramsey pay-parity with top earner Mesut Ozil, then this is just the way it's going to have to be.

There has been plenty of interest in him from within the Premier League, especially from Liverpool and Chelsea, as well as from overseas.

"Will Ramsey play with us after July?" Juventus are the preferred choice of the player and have expressed interest in the deal.
