Dolly Parton, Ronstadt, Harris Reunite at MusiCares

Katy Perry and Kacey Musgraves kicked off the tribute in matching red ensembles with Here You Come Again and were soon joined by the Queen of Nashville in a white dress with flowing sleeves.

Nobody pokes more fun at Dolly Parton - all hair, sequins, nine-inch nails and five-inch stilettos - than the country superstar herself. Actually, this whole weekend has been an exciting thing for me ...

"Dolly also knows the power of philanthropy and she has used her stardom to contribute to a wide range of causes from natural disasters to education and literacy programs".

In her acceptance speech, she said: "I have worked with so many wonderful men". After "Jolene", Morris joined the two on stage for "After the Goldrush", a song originally by Neil Young that Parton, Emmylou Harris and Linda Ronstadt covered.

Cyrus and Parton grew close when the famed "9 to 5" singer appeared on Cyrus former show, "Hannah Montana". Watch clips from the performance below. And after Dolly gave her signature catchphrase - "Everybody!" - everyone sang together to close off a magical night for the country music singer. It was a joyous moment, the love for Parton and her music clear on all of the singers' faces, as well as in the audience (many were spotted dancing along throughout the tribute, including Korean supergroup BTS).

Morris told Ryan Seacrest she fan-girled over the icon, 73 - she was "just internally freaking out".

"It's been such a thrill for me tonight to see all these great artists singing songs I've written or been a part of", Parton said.

MusiCares, run by the Recording Academy, provides financial assistance to individuals in the music industry during times of financial, medical and personal need.
