A winning ticket was sold in Wisconsin for a $768 million Powerball lottery jackpot, the third largest in history, lottery officials said after the draw on Wednesday night.

The jackpot is now at $750 million.

Three tickets each won $50,000 in Saturday's drawing by matching four of the first five numbers plus the Powerball number. The winning numbers drawn Wednesday night jackpot are 16, 20, 37, 44 and 62 and Powerball is 12. In total, there were more than 3.7 million winning tickets across all prize tiers. Tickets sold in Arizona, California, Indiana, Missouri, New Jersey and NY matched five numbers and are worth $1 million each.

The jackpot has been rolling since December 29, 2018, when Brooklynite David Johnson won $298.3 million.

"We have been playing Powerball together off and on for years and we always dreamed we'd land a big victor".
