Samsung Galaxy A Series Officially Replaces Galaxy J Series

A Galaxy A80 benchmark has now surfaced on Geekbench ahead of the handset's expected launch tomorrow.

As previously mentioned, Samsung Electronics will have another Unpacked event and this time it will take place in Bangkok, Thailand.

We're expecting a lot of announcements from today's event, all expected to be smartphones within the revamped Galaxy A series, however, the Galaxy A90 is expected to be the star of the show, though there are words that the firm could also announce a new Galaxy A80 and perhaps an entry-level Galaxy A20e. Talking about the camera, the device could come with a triple-lens rear camera with 48MP primary sensor, 8MP secondary sensor along with a ToF sensor.

Samsung Galaxy M30 has a 6.4-inch full-HD+ Super AMOLED display panel. The phone could sport an in-display fingerprint sensor and backed by a 3,700mAh battery with 25W fast charging support. Samsung Galaxy A80 India launch is expected soon, in the first half of this year itself, though we will have to wait for an official confirmation to know more.

The Galaxy S8 and S9 are two of the best smartphones Samsung has ever made.

The clip by Samsung Malaysia doubles as a product video of the Samsung Galaxy A30 and Samsung Galaxy A50, both already available in the Asia-Pacific country. Samsung Galaxy M30 runs Android 8.1 (Oreo) with Samsung Experience 9.5 on top, it also comes with Dual SIM and a dedicated microSD card slot.

As far as the pricing is concerned, Samsung Galaxy M30 can be bought for Rs 14,990 for the 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
